The training focuses on Contemporary and Floorwork Technique and is designed to provide dancers with an approach to movement focusing on breath, fluidity, strength, and agility. Using the techniques of weight shifting each class begins with a breathing warm-up that focuses on connection, coordination and alignment. Through various tasks dancers engage with their body finding ways of movement transitioning through different dynamic qualities, enhancing their awareness and connection to the breath.

Mihir Grover

Mihir Grover has worked with Terence Lewis Contemporary dance Company, with the Kibbutz Contemporary dance Company and the Fresco Dance company. Mihir is also the Assistant Choreographer for Disney India Musical Aladdin. His choreography piece The Source was showcased at Tanzwerkstatt Munich and Fringe North Canada. Mihir currently teaches at CDSH.
