GHOSTS IN THE MACHINE - A HOLIDAY CAMP

Every autumn, K3 organises a holiday camp for dance-loving children aged 8 to 12 that focuses on dance, movement and digital media. This time, the theme is fleetingness in the digital world. Movement material and social media are the inspiration for the questions: What remains of us when we delete our profile? What ‘ghosts’ do we leave behind? What of us is revealed in the digital world and what remains hidden? The children contribute their own ideas and, together with the instructing artists Nora Elberfeld and Meike Klapprodt, weave the resulting dance material into a choreography that is presented on stage at the end of the week.
