Participants are led through a series of structured exercises incorporating elements of yoga, release technique and floor work that gradually and steadily prepare them for complex patterns and in-/out-of-the-floor choreographic sequences. Particular attention is placed on the intrinsic relation between movement and breath, energy pathways, proprioception, core stability, spinal range of motion and stamina.

Romain Guion

He trained at the CNSMD in Paris, Romain worked in various international dance companies and teaches all around the world. He collaborates with artists such as Alain Platel, Koen Augustijnen, Eugénie Rebetez and Martin Zimmermann. He co-founded the choreographic platform BRÜCKEREI and mentored several up-and-coming choreographers.
