CONTEMPORARY TECHNIQUE

To enable training sessions, we offer intensive courses with a limited number of participants. These courses last 3 days and take place Monday to Wednesday from 10:30 - 12:30. A registration with a short CV at tanzplan2@kampnagel.de is absolutely necessary. This way you will also receive links for ticket purchase. Participation should preferably be for the whole course week (15€), but it is also possible to buy daily tickets (6€).

The training is divided into two phases: while the first part of the class focuses on quietly reaching the body, breath and space through yoga and Alexander technique, the second part becomes more dynamic in combined muscle and cardio sessions. Movement sequences in the square deal with clarity and length. Here, efficient use of energy is sought and initiation points in the body are explored.

Survey on professional training

Do you regularly take part in our professional trainings or do you plan to do so more often in the future? You now have the chance to get a free ticket for a professional training of your choice! All you have to do is investing five minutes of your time and answer our survey on our professional training.

 

The professional training is an important part of K3, as it is our concern to offer a professional and diverse training at good conditions. It also provides access to and exchange with the professional dancer scene in Hamburg. In order to respond to your needs in the future, we ask for honest answers and inspiring criticism.

Angela Kecinski

is a dancer and choreographer. She studied dance at the ArtEZ Arnhem and Performance Studies at the University of Hamburg. Her own choreographic works Verfremdungszwecke and Temptress were presented in Skopje, as part of Limited Edition at K3, as well as at Hauptsache Frei #2.
