THE ALTERABLE BODY
Attention! 2G event (vaccinated/recovered)!
Due to Covid-19, we cannot offer open classes for professional dancers at the moment. Therefore we offer intensive courses with a limited number of participants. These courses last 3 days each and take place Monday to Wednesday from 10:30am - 12:30pm. A ticket (15€) allows you to participate on all 3 days. Single classes cannot be attended. A registration with a short CV at tanzplan2@kampnagel.de is absolutely necessary. You will receive a link to buy a ticket.
The class is a combination of elements of very different training approaches: floor work, fitness training, yoga, ballet, authentic movement and improvisation. The whole body with its senses, muscles and abilities should get moving. The class should serve as a platform for the participants to focus on their individual training needs. As a dancer, what expectations and wishes do I have of my body? Why and for what do we train? How can we use different forms of training in a healthy and efficient way to create our own strategies and routines of training?
