TENSEGRIC EMBODIMENT: MOVING FASCIA
Due to Covid-19, we cannot offer open classes for professional dancers at the moment. Every fourth week we offer a course online to enable more dance professionals to join. This course lasts 4 days and takes place Monday to Thursday from 10:30 - 12:00 . A ticket (12€) allows participation on all 4 days. A registration with a short CV under firstname.lastname@example.org is urgently necessary. You will receive a link to buy a ticket as well as the link to the zoom session via email.
Based on the push/pull principles of tensegrity, or in other words: islands of compression in an ocean of tone and tonus – myofascial movement in detail will be studied. Starting with physiological information and discussion, we use this knowledge to access aspects of the myofascial system...To sense and study the world of fascia and muscles in us, and how myofascia creates relationships to our surroundings and to ourselves. We then move on apply these scores in our direct environment: your yogamat, your livingroom, or anywhere else you might find yourself in.
