Lucia Glass (Hamburg | Nürnberg)
WHAT MOVES US, WHAT WE MOVEEveryone has built a cave out of blankets and boxes at some point or carved a sword out of a stick. In a universe of colours and structures, dancer Eva Svaneblom demonstrates ways in which everyday objects, garments and bodies swap their properties, abilities and functions.
Choreographer Lucia Glass and textile designer Nadine Goepfert have created a multifunctional and mutable landscape of objects. The audience is transported into a world of multiple perspectives full of fanciful forms and movements. In What moves us, what we move, the scenery is worn, the costume transformed into sculpture and the body made to disappear.
Lucia Glass develops choreographic pieces for the stage. Her artistic projects are often produced in interaction with other genres such as film, photography, visual art or fashion. Nadine Goepfert is a textile designer, who seeks to call attention to subconscious and inconspicuous habits in how we relate to clothes.
