Connect and Flow enhances movement vocabulary, body awareness, and personal expression through improvisation. The class begins with a warm-up focusing on spatial orientation, stamina, strength, technique, and grounding. The session then explores body flow through task-based exercises, encouraging dancers to experiment with impulses, textures, and movement qualities. Imagery and prompts foster creativity, helping dancers explore unique pathways and transitions.

Nathan Cornwell

graduated from the English National Ballet School and Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. He went on to perform with Rambert Dance Company, Michael Clark Company, BallettVorpommern, and Ballet Ireland. Nathan has worked with renowned choreographers including Itzik Galili, Marguerite Donlon, Brian Arias, and Ohad Naharin.
