SWITCH GENERATION! 11+
Two generations come together on stage: the choreographer and performer Regina Rossi and the child actor Amália Rossi Weissert. At the heart of this multimedia dance performance lie questions of participation, power, respect and care: What are children and adults allowed to do – and who decides? Who speaks for and about the younger generation – and who listens to them? What does it actually mean to be young or old?
Through dance, videos, music and plenty of humour, this dance duet shifts the balance of power between the generations and sets it in motion. Amidst absurd imagery, playful duplications and surprising choreography, a space emerges in which the usual rules no longer apply.

Nora Elberfeld
is a choreographer, dancer and dance mediator. In the 2015/16 season, she was resident choreographer at K3⎮Tanzplan Hamburg. She has created choreographic works alongside theatre, in churches and clubs. In recent years, she has been intensively involved in the development of productions for young audiences, both as a performer (including as a solo performer for Junges Schauspiel Lübeck) and as a choreographer. In 2021/22, she developed ‘GIF Me More’, a mobile classroom piece that deals with the (digital) reality of young people's lives. In 2023, she created the explore dance pop-up production ‘1004 Zentimeter Mut’, which is touring throughout Germany.
