Diego de la Rosa’s classes combine improvisation, floorwork, and movement research to enhance strength, mobility, and body awareness. Drawing from urban and contemporary dance, acrobatics, and release techniques, his practice encourages the use of creativity. With a focus on body mechanics and internal decision-making, participants explore new movement paths while connecting with their personal artistic voice.

Diego de la Rosa
works as a choreographer, performer, artist-researcher, and teacher since 2013. He is a co-founder of Frantics and works freelance across Europe, creating numerous pieces. Alongside his artistic work, he studies theatre and dramaturgy.
