In August, K3 welcomes several choreographers from all over the world to its studios at the same time as part of the international residency exchange programme. The dance makers will have a month to work on their respective projects and at the same time engage in artistic dialogue with each other. The guests are Frederique PAX Dumas (Canada), Soraya Leila Emery (Switzerland), Gennaro Lauro (Italy), ashelyho+domeniknaue (Singapore / Netherlands), Walter Ruva (Uganda) and Jorge Volpi (Chile). At the end of the residency period, two choreographers will be invited to the studios each evening to give an insight into their research work at K3.

Frederique PAX Dumas has to leave before the showings. In her place, Anand Dhanakoti will present an insight into his residency at the Duncan Dance Research Centre (Greece).

The programme takes place in collaboration with the partner institutions NAVE in Santiago (Chile), Centre de Création O Vertigo (Canada), New Italian Dance Platform (Italy), Dance Nucleus (Singapore), ERA Center (Uganda) and Pro Helvetia (Switzerland).
