MINDFUL BODY IN MOTION

Participants are led through a series of structured exercises incorporating elements of yoga, release technique and floor work that gradually and steadily prepare them for complex patterns and in-/out-of-the-floor choreographic sequences. Particular attention is placed on the intrinsic relation between movement and breath, energy pathways, proprioception, core stability, spinal range of motion and stamina.

Romain Guion

is a performer, teacher and cultural manager. Trained at the CNSMD in Paris, he worked in various international dance companies and teaches all around the world. He collaborates with artists such as Alain Platel, Koen Augustijnen, Eugénie Rebetez, Martin Zimmermann and Juliette Navis. He co-directed the Berlin-Based showcase LUCKY TRIMMER from 2010-2024, co-founded the choreographic platform BRÜCKEREI and curates the profitraining at Tanzhaus Zürich and K3 Hamburg.
