A one-time accreditation is required for participation in the professional training. The Accreditation allows you to purchase tickets for the professional training. Click here for the conditions of participation.
The class begins with body conditioning through yoga and movement. Participants then explore momentum, suspension, and dynamic floor routines, combining floorwork with antigravity falls, recovery, agile partnering, and strength-based techniques. Powerful footwork, intricate hand gestures, rhythms, and spins introduce participants to Indian movement forms. Body toning and martial arts exercises maintain high energy levels, while partnering coordination exercises enhance alertness and concentration. The session concludes with physically demanding multidirectional phrases and vocabulary based on Narendra’s research.
