This course combines creativity with structured exercises. It is based on Eldad's experience with Ohad Naharin's method as well as many other ideas, concepts and exercises from his education and philosophy. The training includes structured exercises, clear instructions for improvisation and body conditioning. The challenge of the class is to be in a constant state of body and mind connection, to develop one's own skills and to be available for multi-tasking.

Eldad Ben Sasson

studied at the Bat Dor School of Dance. As a dancer, he worked with the Vertigo Dance and the Batsheva Dance Company. He has been teaching in schools, academies and companies in Israel and around the world. As a choreographer Eldad has created amongst others Heterotopia and Strange Attractor.
