Juste Debout Gold

For the first time in the 22-year history of JUSTE DEBOUT, the most important dance-meeting for HipHop styles in the world, the special edition JUSTE DEBOUT GOLD will be created on the big Kampnagel stage k6. Out of more than 10.000 participants of the last years, 16 of the best dancers of each of the four categories HipHop, Popping, Locking and House will be invited to compete 1 vs 1 in front of a top-class jury. The idea for GOLD was born on the occasion of JUSTE DEBOUT's 20th anniversary, but due to the pandemic, it never came to fruition. Bruce Ykanji, the artistic director of JUSTE DEBOUT has since been searching for a suitable venue that exudes internationality and warmth at the same time. In preview of the big comeback event JUSTE DEBOUT in June, GOLD will pay tribute to the many dancers as well as the scene in its exclusive orientation and offer the opportunity to connect with the Hamburg community in a small circle. There will be workshops by the most famous representors of the scene and in the end of the 2 days marathon, there will be a big golden Party. More details about workshops will follow soon.
