BOWSPRING

Bowspring is a revolutionary, dynamic, pulsating training concept for body, mind and soul. It creates elastic strength and flowing lightness for daily activities and promotes a long, healthy and fulfilled life. In this course, we activate the network of muscle fasciae, follow the curves in the body and draw inspiration from the original functionality of movement. The dynamic pulsating movement sequences in Bowspring unite the body with its natural curves and create elasticity. The newly gained deep and at the same time relaxed strength provides refreshing freedom on all levels. The class is suitable for all ages and skill levels. Please wear comfortable training clothes.

Fiona Gordon

studied dance & choreography at the Laban Centre. As a dancer, she has worked e.g. with Mark Murphy, Rica Blunk, Angela Guerreiro and Jan Pusch. She has been teaching modern dance, improvisation and choreography at the Erika Klütz Schule for many years now and will also be doing so at the CDSH in Hamburg.
