Cover Story examines the physical/performative dimension of conspiracies. Inspired by the literal meaning of conspirare, breathing together, different approaches to complicity and manipulation are uncovered. The encounter is constantly renegotiated: intimacy is created and misused, the rules of the game are established and then broken. A double space is created that places the hidden and the obvious as well as the obscure and transparent next to one another: conspiracies appear and dissolve, infect and move, separate and suggest, wander from one group to the next, collide, implode, explode, have an effect, fail, extinguish.

Nora Elberfeld
is a choreographer, dancer and dance mediator. In the 2015/16 season, she was resident choreographer at K3⎮Tanzplan Hamburg. She has created choreographic works alongside theatre, in churches and clubs. In recent years, she has been intensively involved in the development of productions for young audiences, both as a performer (including as a solo performer for Junges Schauspiel Lübeck) and as a choreographer. In 2021/22, she developed ‘GIF Me More’, a mobile classroom piece that deals with the (digital) reality of young people's lives. In 2023, she created the explore dance pop-up production ‘1004 Zentimeter Mut’, which is touring throughout Germany.
