The practice addresses mainly floorwork technique (flying low based) mixed with improvisation tasks. A suitable and safe progressive warm-up prepares the body to play with various exercises focused on coordination, stamina, reinforcement of the kinaesthetic system, speed, musicality and precision in execution. Further on, more complicated movement vocabulary and set choreography are introduced to play with energy and dynamics, towards a satisfactory individual and collective dancing experience.

Enrico Paglialunga
The Italian teacher, choreographer and dancer Enrico Paglialunga has been based in Berlin since 2015. He choreographs and directs theater and film productions. His works have been shown internationally in Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Spain and Jordan. He is a guest teacher in numerous dance centers and academies in Europe such as National Dance Academy Rome, Tanzhaus Zurich, Marameo Berlin, Ght Theater, Tanzfabrik Berlin and Iwanson Contemporary School.
