This training puts an emphasis on spirals and floor work. Special attention is placed on opening the channels of awareness as well as feeling the inside and the outside. The warm-up is focused on passing through the whole body and expanding flexibility and strength. The playful approach of the class allows participants to let go, get inspired and surprised. The training seeks to establish a collective mind and body and to enhance a group dynamic as a means to give an energetic push to the individual source of creativity.

Marion Sparber
Marion received her dance training at Varium and Iwanson School. Marion teaches, performs and presents her work internationally. She collaborated with choreographers and companies such as Francisco Córdova, Stella Zannou, Sonia Rodriguez and ADN-Dialect.
