The class focuses on using movements as means to overcome physical restrictions. By sensing a natural flow of movement, the training encourages creativity and learning how to benefit from it. Special attention is also placed on finding power and efficiency when moving. The warm-up consists of meditation, yoga and martial arts exercises that will induce a flow of energy and increase body-mind awareness. The core of the class incorporates various research tasks involving floorwork, spirals and rotation, active space exploration, weight shifting and some partnering exercises.
