IMPROVISATORY LISTENING LEADS TO MORE THAN WORDS CAN SAY (ILL MOWOS)
ill mowos is an experimental workshop series for dance and performing artists. Together, two modes of relating are explored - nonverbal dance and verbal conversation – specifically how they can co-exist, and how they might affect one another when situated in a shared space. The series takes place within the frame of Eng Kai Er´s residency at K3, during which she will research the notion of work through autobiographical and playful approaches. The workshops will be in English and body language.

In Giessen she studied MA Choreography and Performance at the Institute for Applied Theatre Studies. She is interested in sports, intimacy, and touch.
During the K3 residency (season 22/23), Eng Kai Er will work on her new production Fair Enough. Fair Enough is an attempt to engage with the notion of work. During the research process, Eng Kai Er will historically and autobiographically immerse in the topic. Real perspectives on work and consequences of work are explored and wishful thinking and playful approaches to the concept of work are imagined.
