They belong to the 1.2 billion young people between 15 and 24 years of age in the world. They have grown up with economic instability and political uncertainty. Family is very important to them. As well as doing what they enjoy. They spend a large part of their lives online. They invent, learn, try and fail publicly. They are wary of consumerism, strive for individual fulfilment and yearn for peaceful, tolerant and appreciative forms of coexistence. The future belongs to Generation Z, but who are they really?
Together with choreographer Fernanda Ortiz, a group of teens have set out in search of themselves to draw up a portrait of their own generation: what moves them, what are their fears, hopes and dreams. The K3 Youth Club introduces itself and politely pushes towards the future.
