Muscle and fascia dialogue with and complement each other. Coordinated fascia makes movement effortless, fluid and integrated. Movement and touch scores, ranging from the subtle to the cardiovascular, stimulate creative fascia & muscle action. We bounce, jump, shake, experiment with tonus, weight and space, play with fascia as environment and liquid crystal. Fascia scores are easy to grasp and initiate deep and subtle changes in the body’s ability to relate to itself and to the world.
