BALANCED NUTRITION FOR DANCE MAKERS
In order to meet the demands of their profession, healthy eating and the ideal fluid intake are very important for dance makers. Healthy eating is necessary in order to stay fit, prevent nutrient deficiencies and appropriately support phases of recovery. However, often an irregular daily routine makes it difficult to eat balanced and well-rounded meals. This lecture illustrates the basics of a balanced diet, offers possibilities of dealing with occupational problems and provides practical tips for daily life.
