Before, between or after performances, you can physically prepare yourself in the K3 studios for what is to come or to process what you have seen. Dancer Valeriia Hereha offers three short warm-ups for anyone with or without dance experience who wants to move.

Valeriia Hereha

Valeriia Hereha is a contemporary dancer and choreographer. In 2020 she graduated from a six-year training programme in ballet, dance pedagogy and choreography at Kyviv Choreography College. She has worked as a ballet dancer, dance teacher, performer and choreographer in Ukraine and Europe and currently lives and works in Hamburg. She is passionate about different dance styles from all over the world.
