DOCUMENTATION AS ARTISTIC RESEARCH

The appreciation of artistic research as part of a performing arts practice leads, as does the documentation of performance, to questions: what are adequate concepts and media to document personal artistic work? In this short workshop, the participants will be supported in developing questions that ease their own choice of means. Various methods will be sketched out and tested exemplarily based on individual concrete projects.

More on the underlying approach behind this workshop can be found in the online publication Mind the Dance (www.mindthedance.com).
