CONTEMPORARY TRAINING - FROM BREATH TO SPACE

The class starts off with a slow and gradual floor warm-up, saying good morning to our bodies through variations of yoga practices, breath work and anatomical awareness. This physical information is used to set a supportive relationship with the floor and the space around us. From there, movement sequences are gradually introduced, focusing on coordination, flow and repetition so that one can simply forget what comes after what and just do it. The idea is to set the body in motion in a comfortable and methodical way, to enjoy one’s weight and flow and be ready for one’s day.25 % focusing on oneself / going inwards

20 % yoga based practice
10% breathe
10 % floor work
20 % flow/ weight/ momentum
