DON'T WALK – DANCE

ANATOMY OF YOGA AND ETUDES OF EASE FOR CONTEMPORARY DANCING

We start on the base and bring our feet into focus. Each setting of the foot while walking continues as a movement through the whole body. The movement is based on a conscious and as well sensitive contact with the ground. This class uses aspects and skills of Yoga which help to find anatomic alignment with the body to move and dance with ease in space. Feet like hands – a slight adjustment can change completely the perception of a movement. The combination of meditation, floorwork and exercises in the center result in moving sequences in space to finish in a well-balanced physical and mental state.

ATTENTION SHORT TRAINING WEEK!
